Our multi-axis, CNC controlled equipment is outfitted with sub-spindles, cross slides, and numerous end working tools for milling, slotting, cross-drilling, and broaching as well as cross-tapping and rolling fine, coarse, Special-J, Acme, and NPT pipe threads. Creating intricate parts on a single machine from a single setup enables accelerated cycle times for the production of parts measuring 1/32" to 7/8" in diameter and up to 4 1/2" in length. We specialize in brass, steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and copper alloys in hex, square, round and extruded shapes, and routinely uphold tolerances of ±.0001".

We use statistical process controls, optical comparators, surface testers, and other metrology tools to perform test and inspections according to our ISO 9001:2008 compliant quality management system. We offer many additional services and package and ship items according to your individual preference.
